At Workhouse we have over 15 classes a week, ranging from our Strength and Conditioning For All Levels, which is  held morning and afternoon every week day and also as an early Saturday morning session.

Mon- Fri 9:15-10:15am and 5:30-6:30pm

Strength and Conditioning For All Levels is a social class with a strength focus which differs each day. The 5 day workout rotation covers movement as their main focus as follows: squats, horizontal push/pull, full-body, deadlifts and finally vertical push/pull. Each session has proper warm up and complimentary accessories and sometimes circuits. The classes are fully scalable so appropriate for all ages and abilities.

We offer two Boxing classes, with mixed gender, and a ladies only class.

We also do three classes of Strength and Conditioning for under 16’s.

You may turn up to a class without booking, but as places are limited to 10-12 per session we suggest booking via the link to secure your place.
